Hillary Scott (co-director) has a BA in theatre from Arizona State University where she had the opportunity to write and direct her short play A Stain on Silence. Some other past credits of Hillary’s consist of new play development with The Phoenix Theatre Company. Chorus in Class 6 Theatre Co.’s Failure: a Love Story. Salone in Something in the Air, Grace Tranfield in George Bernard Shaw’s The Philanderer, Bee-Bee in SuBurbia by Eric Bogosian. Also, author of the short play Behind the Elephant in the Room. This is Hillary’s second show with New Place Theatre (but it is also New Place Theatre’s second show) Hey! Those are pretty good odds! This past March she played New Place Theatre’s Olivia (Olga) in their modern adaptation of Anton Chekhov’s Three Sisters. Hillary would like to thank everyone that has helped this Scottish Play come to the stage tonight, it has been a wild and wonderful process, thank you and enjoy the show!
